Terms of Service & Acceptable Use
Last Updated: October 2026
Operator: NovaPod Technologies Ltd.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NovaPod (the "Service"). By creating an account, depositing cryptocurrency, launching an instance, or using our APIs, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree to use NovaPod only for lawful computational, scientific, and engineering purposes. You must not use the platform for:
- Creating, hosting, or distributing illegal content or CSAM.
- Launching Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, unauthorized port scanning, or network penetration attempts.
- Distributing malware, botnets, or phishing campaigns.
- Attempting to compromise the host hypervisor or other tenants' hardware environments.
Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of all active instances and permanent account freezing without refund.
3. Cryptocurrency Payments & Non-Refundability
Compute credits are funded via immutable on-chain digital asset transfers. Because blockchain transactions cannot be reversed and GPU compute cycles are permanently expended during execution, confirmed deposits and metered usage charges are strictly non-refundable once consumed.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NovaPod Technologies Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime or hardware failure.
